1. Optional Participation
Participation in the Rent & Restore™ Program is voluntary and is not required to rent, lease, or qualify for a vehicle. Declining participation does not affect eligibility, pricing, or approval.
2. Membership Fee
Enrollment in the Rent & Restore™ Program includes a $30 Monthly Financial Education Membership Fee, which provides access to financial education content and administrative program support. This fee is separate from vehicle rental payments and is billed monthly until canceled.

This program provides:
General budgeting and financial education tools
Educational worksheets
Monthly progress check-ins
Optional referrals to third-party educational resources
4. Not Financial Advisory Services
Renter acknowledges:
This is NOT credit repair
This is NOT debt relief
This is NOT legal or financial advice
Bevans Legacy Auto Co. does NOT guarantee credit improvement
5. No Refund Policy
The Financial Education Membership Fee is non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation, non-participation, or non-use of program resources. Access to educational materials and administrative processing begins upon enrollment; therefore, no refunds, credits, charge reversals, or reimbursements will be issued. Cancellation stops future charges only.
6. No Credit Guarantees
The Program does not guarantee financial outcomes, credit score changes, lending approvals, or removal of credit report items.
Bevans Legacy Auto Co. does not provide credit repair, credit counseling, or credit modification services and makes no guarantees or promises in regard to such services.
7. Third Party Separation
Any credit-related services are provided solely by an independent third-party organization. Bevans Legacy Auto Co. is not responsible for results, communications, performance, or expectations involving third-party services.

Renter may authorize Bevans Legacy Auto Co. to share rental payment history only with the third-party provider for documentation purposes.
10. Cancellation
Customer may cancel participation at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation does not terminate the underlying rental or rent-to-own agreement.
11. No Effect on Rental Terms
Rental pricing, eligibility, repossession, late fees, and contract enforcement are not influenced or modified by participation in Rent & Restore™.
