Car Rental FAQ's

  • What do I need to rent a car?

You’ll need a valid driver’s license, proof of active insurance, and a non-refundable deposit. All vehicles have minimum age requirement of 25.

  • Is insurance included in the rental?​

Basic insurance requirements must be met, and additional coverage may be available at the time of booking.

  • Do you require a credit check to rent a car?

No. We focus on making rentals accessible and affordable without unnecessary barriers.

  • What happens if I return the car late?

Late returns may result in additional charges. We recommend contacting us in advance if you need to extend your rental.

  • Are there mileage limits on rentals?

No. There are no mileage limits included on our vehicles. 

Rent & Restore™ Program FAQ's

1. What is the Rent & Restore™ Program?
Rent & Restore™ is an optional financial education program designed to help renters build stronger money habits, budgeting skills, and responsible payment practices while maintaining reliable transportation.


2. Is this a credit repair service?
No. Rent & Restore™ does not provide credit repair services, credit score improvement services, or credit dispute assistance. Any credit-related services are provided solely by an independent third-party organization, not by Bevans Legacy Auto Co.


3. Do I have to join the program to rent a vehicle?
No. Participation is completely optional. Your ability to rent or qualify for a rent-to-own vehicle is not affected by whether you join the program.


4. Does joining the program guarantee that my credit score will improve?
No. Bevans Legacy Auto Co. does not guarantee or promise any credit results. Financial outcomes depend on your own payment behavior and individual financial profile.


5. Is there an extra cost to participate?
Yes. Participation in the Rent & Restore™ Program includes a $30 monthly Financial Education Membership Fee. Once enrolled, you gain access to financial education materials, budgeting resources, and payment habit tools. This fee is not a charge for credit repair services, and participation is not required to rent or qualify for a vehicle through Bevans Legacy Auto Co.


6. Who provides the financial or credit-related services?

Any financial education services or tools that relate to credit or money management are provided by a separate, independent third-party company that is not owned, operated, or controlled by Bevans Legacy Auto Co.


7. Will my rental payments be reported?
Payment reporting may be available through the independent third-party provider. Bevans Legacy Auto Co. does not guarantee reporting, acceptance, or outcomes.


8. Can I opt out after joining?
Yes. You may opt out at any time, and it will not affect your rental agreement, pricing, or eligibility.


9. Does the program affect my vehicle ownership path?
No. Vehicle ownership (for rent-to-own customers) is based solely on:
✅ payment completion
✅ compliance with insurance requirements
✅ following contract terms


Participation in Rent & Restore™ does NOT accelerate or change ownership.


10. What information does Bevans Legacy share if I join?
Only rental payment history with your consent may be shared with the independent financial education partner. Bevans Legacy does not share Social Security numbers, personal credit data, or private financial information.


11. What happens if I decline participation?
Nothing changes — you still:
✅ rent the vehicle
✅ follow the same contract
✅ pay the same rates
✅ have the same responsibilities


12. Who do I contact if I have questions about the financial education resources?
Questions about financial or credit-related services should be directed to the independent third-party provider, not Bevans Legacy Auto Co.


13. What does Bevans Legacy actually provide in this program?
Bevans Legacy provides:
✅ access to financial education resources
✅ optional connection to a third-party provider
✅ payment history documentation (if authorized)

14. Can I get written proof that participation is optional?

Yes — customers receive a separate participation or declination form for documentation and protection.

15. Is this program safe?

Yes — because:
✅ participation is voluntary
✅ no credit claims are made
✅ credit services are handled by a separate entity
