Refund/Cancellation Policy

Car Rental Services

Deposits:

A non-refundable security deposit of $75 is required for all rentals and can range higher, not to exceed $150, if your driving history and/or payment history with the company is not satisfactory. Deposits serve as administrative and processing fees. Deposit amounts are not returned and are not subject to refund.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup will receive a full refund of rental fees (excluding any non-refundable administrative/processing fees).

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup will forfeit up to 50% of the rental fee.

No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Early Returns:

If you return the vehicle early, refunds will not be issued for unused rental days.

Damages & Fees:

Any damages, cleaning fees, traffic tickets, or toll violations will be charged upon return.

Rent & Restore™ Financial Education Membership

The Financial Education Membership Fee is non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation, non-participation, or non-use of program resources.

Access to digital educational materials and administrative processing begins upon enrollment; therefore, no refunds, credits, charge reversals, or reimbursements will be issued for any portion of the membership fee.

Customers may cancel at any time, and cancellation will stop future charges, but will not result in refunds of previously paid membership fees. This membership fee is not associated with credit repair services, and Bevans Legacy Auto Co. does not guarantee credit outcomes or financial results.

Any credit-related services are provided solely by an independent third-party organization.

Damage and Refund Policy

Payment for the rental is considered final and non-refundable once the vehicle is released to the renter. This applies regardless of whether the vehicle is returned early, damaged, or if the renter is unable to use the vehicle for the full duration.

In the event that the rental vehicle is returned with any form of damage—cosmetic, mechanical, or structural—whether reported or unreported, the renter forfeits any right to a rental refund, regardless of insurance coverage.

NO EXPECTATION OF REFUNDS OR CREDITS CLAUSE
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL ONCE THE RENTAL PERIOD BEGINS. All payments made under this Agreement are NON-REFUNDABLE.

No refunds will be issued if damage is discovered upon return OR during the rental period. Any insurance claims must be processed independently, and do not entitle the renter to reimbursement of rental fees from Bevans Legacy Auto Co.
